What are the biggest disruptions that leaders should be preparing for over the next five years?

AK If I had to identify one disruption that leaders should prepare for over the next five years, it would undoubtedly be technology. We often speak about geopolitical tensions, demographic shifts and climate risks, and all of these matter. But technology is moving at a speed and scale unlike anything we have experienced before. A recent World Economic Forum report identifies ten emerging technologies that have the potential to transform industries and redefine competitive advantage. Believe me, I was blown away after reading this and I really believe that the coming decade is going to be far more exciting and challenging for the world. What looks like a distant possibility today can become tomorrow’s business reality.
