Raychem RPG (P) Ltd. has appointed Abhishikta Tripathi as Chief Human Resources Officer .
Before this appointment, Abhishikta was associated with Reckitt as HR Head- Commercial Functions.

With over 14 years of experience, she is a HR Professional with a demonstrated history of working in the consumer goods industry. Skilled in Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Recruiting, Human Resources, and Performance Management, she is a Strong human resources professional with a Master of Arts (M.A.) focused in Human Resources Management and Labour Relations from Tata Institute of Social Sciences.
She has also worked with The Coca-Cola Company, L’Oréal, and Marico Limited.
