With rapid technological shifts, evolving workforce demographics, hybrid work becoming mainstream, and a growing emphasis on psychological safety, culture can no longer sit on the periphery. Across my years in leadership roles at ELGi, Bosch and GMR Group, I’ve seen repeatedly that strategy succeeds only when culture is its strongest foundation.

One defining shift is toward connected intelligence. Hierarchical decision-making simply cannot match today’s speed. At ELGi, when we launched “Project IOT – Integration of Talent,” the most powerful outcome was witnessing how cross-functional collaboration accelerated both capability building and organisational responsiveness.
