Root Cause Of At- Risk Behaviours and Safety Incidents In Organisations
It matters how the EHS department is positioned in the organisational hierarchy to influence decisions on safety issues. Leadership is more than its logical definitions; it's behavioural in depth. It's important to understand how leaders inspire their employees and have conversations about their families and at-risk behaviours.

The root cause of all at-risk behaviours and safety incidents is in the organisational behaviours that need transformation by the framework of ABC which is known as the activators, behaviours, consequences but practically that it is referred as the awareness, beliefs, and caring which can be reinforced by the company mentors who influence this framework by rewarding, reviewing and reinforcing the manpower at shop-floors.

Accidents or incidents may occur despite the implementation of safety culture transformation. The Indian industry needs inspiring mentors for safety culture transformation across the organisation. A positive safety culture can only exist in positive organisations, which can be nurtured through long-term planned interventions. At-risk behaviours are the result of our own mismanagement because some of us have allowed them into our safety systems. It takes years to see that safe behaviours become our way of life.
