How do you define Employee Experience in your organisation, and how does it connect to business strategy and outcomes?

SL GRP’s Vision drives us to be a responsible value creator for all stakeholders. Our tagline is ‘Impact Positive’. The culmination of these three has people at its core, which is all about creating and promoting experiences for our employees that will help support employees’ aspirations and thereby contribute to the company’s growth. Our strategic plans have specific people plans (based on business needs and in line with employees’ aspirations, and outcomes are measured based on the plans we had.

What are the core elements (culture, leadership, technology, workplace design) that you believe scientifically shape employee experience?
