It Was A Year of Transformation

How would you summarise 2025 from an HR perspective? What were the biggest wins and challenges of the year?

RJ Year 2025 should be reflected as a year of transformation, having its own challenges and achievements. Organisations are ever evolving, adapting technologies and understanding the strategic importance of HR, which is helping them deal with changes, manage complex challenges and utilise new opportunities.

HR has been focusing on employee well-being, adapting technology, and focusing on DEI HR teams have been delivering and adding value to the business. However, ongoing and fundamental challenges remain unchanged, that is, attracting and retaining talent, in short, managing key talent and helping the organisation adapt to change. As we are about to move ahead and enter the new year 2026, HR will remain at the forefront of shaping the organisation and navigating the workforce into the future.

While organisations will continue to adapt to evolving technologies, HR has a crucial role to play to keep the workplace...
