What, in your view, makes 2026 “The Year of Human Reinvention”? Which global, technological, or workplace shifts are driving this reinvention?

SK I truly believe 2026 is going to be all about reinvention – not just for businesses, but for people. The pace of change around us is incredible. Technology isn’t just evolving; it’s rewriting the rules of work and life.

If we keep chasing old ways of working, it’s like a dog trying to catch its own tail – exhausting, endless, and ultimately pointless. Reinvention means breaking that cycle and moving forward with purpose.

What’s driving this?

Global shifts: Talent isn’t tied to borders anymore – companies are hiring from anywhere. And sustainability? It’s not just a buzzword; it’s a business must-have. Climate goals are baked into strategies now, so leaders need to think beyond profits and lean into purpose.
