The issue is not just about capability gaps, although they do exist. The deeper problem lies in employability, outdated hiring strategies, and what I call the “perfection syndrome” among hiring managers. Organizations often look for a perfect candidate who fits every requirement, forgetting that even their best employees were not perfect when they were hired.
