How has the talent landscape changed in the last few years, and what factors have driven this transformation?

RN Over the last few years, the talent landscape has undergone a fundamental shift-from being employer-driven to becoming talent-driven. Earlier, stability and brand value were key attractors; today, agility, purpose, and growth define talent choices.

In my experience, three factors have driven this transformation. First, the acceleration of digital adoption across sectors has created demand for new-age skills while making some traditional roles redundant. Second, the post-pandemic reset has changed employee priorities-people are seeking flexibility, meaningful work, and a stronger connection with leadership. Third, increased transparency through platforms and networks has made employees far more aware of opportunities, benchmarks, and workplace cultures.
