Which emerging workplace practices or operating models do you believe will define the most adaptive organisations of the future?

NK Adaptive organisations will increasingly embrace hybrid work models, blending flexibility with accountability. This, with continuous learning cultures, will ensure workforce agility. Operating models will shift toward full-term organisations, where partnerships, consultants, and cross-industry collaborations are seamlessly integrated. AI is changing work faster than most organisations can redesign it.

Adaptive organisations will embed employee well-being by design, recognising the importance of physical and mental health. There is an opportunity now to boldly design a future of work that will deliver what the work requires and what the talent needs. This transformation has become a strategic issue, not just an operational one. It’s no longer enough to introduce new tools or update policies, but to be adaptive as an organisation, scaling and sustaining for the future.
