NV Adaptability is the capability to learn, adjust, and thrive in response to changing circumstances, challenges, and opportunities. However, it is not accidental; it is a deliberate leadership choice.
I believe organisations become truly adaptive when they move beyond a narrow focus on profits and survival. It begins when leaders recognise the need to evolve-not just to grow business, but to build new capabilities for an increasingly dynamic future. Adaptation starts with a clear vision. Leaders must continuously renew that vision and align people, systems, technology, culture, and processes around it. New mindsets and ways of working cannot be introduced selectively or delegated to lower levels.
