TM A truly adaptive organisation can quickly respond to change, continuously learn, innovate, and adjust its strategies based on customer needs and market conditions. It emphasises agility, data-driven decisions, employee empowerment, and resilience.

In contrast, a traditionally high-performing organisation focuses on efficiency, consistent execution, and achieving established goals through structured processes and stable operations.

Key difference: A high-performing organisation excels at executing today’s strategy, while an adaptive organisation excels at evolving its strategy to succeed in changing and uncertain environments.

Organisational agility has become a business imperative. How can companies embed agility into their culture rather than treating it as a one-time transformation initiative?
